Our Monocultivar Oglialora Extra Virgin Olive Oil is grown in the historic Trabia territory, just steps from the Mediterranean Sea, where coastal breezes and mineral-rich soils create the perfect environment for producing exceptional olives. This unique terroir is one of the reasons Oglialora has long been known as “The Principe of Trabia.”

We harvest early in the season, when the olives are still green and at their nutritional peak. This early pressing results in an oil packed with antioxidants and polyphenols, delivering a robust, vibrant flavor and remarkable health benefits.
