Together with our partners, we have created a Sicilian Balsamic Vinegar aged in barrels using the "Soleras Method" which is the same method used for aging the world-renowned Marsala wine. After this aging process, our Sicilian Balsamic Vinegar remains liquid; it does not stain and it takes on dark shades. Furthermore, during the aging process it does not oxidize and does not lose its natural aroma nor its original scent. Our premium quality Sicilian Balsamic Vinegar is all-natural: it does not contain caramel coloring or synthetic flavoring.
